Issues with Orders
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers should contact us at kuteeco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving orders to be assisted properly. After 3 days all sales are considered as ordered and final.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure all shipping information is correct when entered at check out. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
